We are a small, friendly, crown green bowling club located in Openshaw Park just east of Bury town centre with about 20 - 25 members. We play in the local bowling league(s) and typically finish about midway in the tables so there is no real pressure to perform well and we really enjoy the social side of the game. Excellent for beginners and seasoned players alike! The club has excellent parking facilities and works with the local community to support various events and open days for people to try the game.

This year we made it to the final of the Knockout Cup beating several strong teams along the way! It was held at the Black Lane ground on 6 August 2025 between ourselves and Stanley. Unfortunately lady luck wasn't on our side as we lost 205-149 but our great team spirit shone through with all smiles for the post-match photo!
